Benjamin Lytle, MS, RMHCI, CRPS brings more than two decades of experience in recovery support, substance use education, and behavioral healthcare to River Oaks.
As a Counselor II/Therapist, he takes a person-centered, solution-focused approach, helping patients navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and create lasting change. Benjamin is passionate about combining lived experience, professional expertise, and evidence-based care to support healing and recovery.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his three grandchildren and is proud to have served in the U.S. Air Force during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
