Brianna Hardcastle, LCSW, is the Clinical Director of River Oaks, where she provides leadership, clinical oversight, and strategic direction to ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Western Washington University in Bellingham, WA, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University in Boston, MA.

Early in her career, Brianna led permanent supportive and transitional housing programs serving individuals experiencing homelessness and severe, chronic mental illness, developing a deep understanding of complex clinical and social needs. Clinically, she has since specialized in medical social work and behavioral health across acute care and correctional settings, bringing a trauma-informed, patient-centered approach to her work.

Having witnessed the far-reaching impact of addiction throughout her career, Brianna is deeply committed to individualized, evidence-based care and to helping patients break cycles of addiction and achieve lasting recovery.
