Joanna Haughton’s role as Director of Nursing involves overseeing the entire spectrum of patient care, from admission to staffing and discharge. She honed her hands-on approach during her 15 years working in health care, the last 8 of which were spent in behavioral health. Her commitment to providing comprehensive and compassionate care is evident in her day-to-day interactions with both patients and staff.
Educationally, Joanna is a proud alumna of Indiana University of PA, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
