Currently serving as a Program Manager at River Oaks Treatment Center, Lorell leads a team of Treatment Advocates, ensuring high standards in patient support, safety, and engagement.
From 2022 to 2025, she worked directly with clients as a Treatment Advocate, supporting their recovery through structured routines, behavior monitoring, and crisis intervention—all while fostering a therapeutic and respectful environment. Her deep understanding of HIPAA, state regulations, and accreditation standards has been instrumental in delivering compliant and quality care.
Prior to her work in behavioral health, Lorell gained valuable administrative and coordination experience at Modern Foot and Ankle and American Care Medical Center, where she honed her skills in patient relations, scheduling, office operations, and team supervision. Her early work as a Behavioral Health Technician in Pennsylvania set the foundation for her career in addiction treatment, where she developed a hands-on understanding of client needs.
